Yes, creating an account on Buji is completely free. There are no registration fees. Simply registration page just enter your name, mobile number, and password and you're all set.

On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use that code to set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

No. Under Buji's policy, each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

To close your account, Help Center contact us. Our support team will guide you through the process. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account.

The minimum deposit on Buji is just ৳200 BDT — set with players of all levels in Bangladesh in mind.

Deposits via mobile banking are usually instant — in most cases your balance is updated within 1–3 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

Buji does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their policies.

💰 Withdrawal

Your KYC verification must be complete before you can withdraw. You'll also need a verified mobile number or a linked bank account on file. For your first withdrawal, a photo of your national ID may be required.

Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Mobile banking is typically the fastest option. During peak times, processing may take a little longer.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Buji is ৳500 BDT. If your balance is below this, you won't be able to withdraw, but you can still use it for betting.

If a withdrawal is cancelled, the funds are returned to your Buji balance. You'll be notified of the reason via email or an in-app notification. Cancellations are usually due to incomplete KYC or incorrect information.

Buji supports single bets, accumulators, system bets, and live bets. You can bet on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more than 30 other sports.

Live betting means placing bets in real time on a match that's already underway. Odds shift constantly as the game progresses. Log in and Bet page Go to select a live match and place your bet.

In most cases, bets cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if a match is abandoned or postponed, your stake will be refunded. Cash out is available on select markets.

Odds represent the probability of winning and the potential payout. For example, placing a ৳100 BDT bet at odds of 1.85 returns ৳185 BDT if you win (including your original stake). Higher odds mean higher risk — but also a higher reward.

No, bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. You need to place bets totaling a specified amount (meeting the rollover requirement) before bonus funds become withdrawable. Rollover conditions vary by offer.

Once you log in, you'll see the daily bonus offer on your dashboard. Click on the offer to activate it. Some offers are added automatically, while others need to be claimed manually.
